Why Sywell?
Sywell Aerodrome has a long history of aviation dating back to 1928. It was used as a Royal Air Force facility during WW2 and has become one of the best General Aviation Airfields in the UK. It has been awarded the AOA “Best General Aviation Airport” Award for 2009, 2011, 2012 and most recently 2019.

Its link to A British Virtual Group comes from one of our late CEO's, Alan Peel. This was Alan's local airport and he flew out of Sywell when he obtained his pilot's license many years ago. It is fitting then that we use Sywell for our training flights now and into the future.
